We'll then work with your family members, physicians, or social workers as necessary to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible. Once you're set up with a caregiver, you'll begin receiving assistance for whatever needs you may have, including hygiene and grooming, cooking, eating, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and transportation.
